1. Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown: 4 sets, 10 reps
2. T-Bar Row: 4 sets, 10 reps (double drop set last set)
3. Seated Cable Rows: 4 sets, 10-12 reps (double drop set last set).
4. One-Arm Dumbbell Row: 4 sets, 8 reps (per side)
5. Leverage Iso Row: 4 sets, 10 reps
6. Close-Grip Front Lat Pulldown: 4 sets, 12 reps
7. Hyperextensions: 5 sets, 15 reps
